Inspired by flavours of the coastal regions, this versatile blend is full of flavor and aroma to compliment the delicate meat of seafood. Perfect for frying, and as well as grill and barbecue fish.

A precise ratio of premium spices sourced directly from farms in South India: Byadgi and Guntur red chilies, coriander seeds, fenugreek, toor and chana dal, pure hing and turmeric.

Rich in fenugreek and cumin for digestion, turmeric and black pepper for immunity, and roasted lentils for natural fiber.

Add 2 tablespoons to cooked dal with sauteed vegetables and tamarind extract. Simmer and finish with a tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaves.

What is the shelf life?

Best enjoyed within 9 months of packaging. Store in an airtight glass container away from direct sunlight to preserve the aromatic oils.

Is it very spicy?

Medium heat profile. We use Byadgi chilies for color and mild heat, and Guntur chilies for the kick — a balanced, family-friendly flavor.
