Spicy Eral Thokku with Manakkadu Fish Curry Masala
Prawns cook fast, so the masala matters most. Manakkadu Fish Curry Masala carries roasted coriander, pepper and chilli that turn simple prawns into a rich, restaurant-style thokku.
Keep the gravy semi-dry so it coats each prawn — that is the soul of a good thokku.
Make this with Manakkadu Fish Curry Masala and enjoy a bold coastal treat at home.
