  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups water

For Garnishing

  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Method

Step 1: Sauté the Aromatics

Heat oil in a pressure cooker or deep pan. Add curry leaves, chopped onions, and shallots. Sauté until golden brown.
